Introduction

My name is Stephanie and I am a first year nursing student at UOIT. I grew up in a small town in Ontario where everyone used emails, msn, and facebook to communicate. Blogs are a totally new form of communication that I had not been aware of until this month. Initially, I didn’t understand the concept of having a blog, but after doing research and exploring other blogs, I have begun to see their purpose. Blogs give you an opportunity to share what is important to you with others who may have the same interests. Blogs let you express yourself without being judged and give you an opportunity to receive feedback. And most of all, blogs are fun!
